An in-class and comprehensive hands-on training about the latest digital trends and technologies with operators on an assembly line

The 1-2 days training programs are designed for operators, mid-level managers and senior engineers. The aim of the trainings is to inform and increase the participants knowledge, competencies and usage about digital trends, the basic dynamics of industry 4.0 and developing technologies in the industry. The participants will be able to observe the how digital technologies can be applied on the equipment and assembly line available at OzUBEX. Participants will be able to evaluate the benefits and impacts of these technologies.

8- and 16-week “Learn & Transform” Digital training programs and support in system integration

The Digital transformation programs aim to accelerate the digital transformation journey of participating companies and make it more efficient by providing practical trainings at OzUBEX Center. The program will measure digital maturity levels, and then provide consultancy services to support the implementation of the outputs of the training in the company’s production area. The training includes topics such as the Internet of Things, quality, maintenance, automation and sustainability. The digital transformation programs are built on the principle of experiential learning and aim for the participants to become “change agents” leading the digital transformation journey of their companies. With the programs, it is aimed that the participants actively reflect the gains from the program to their production and management processes to gain a positive impact as soon as possible.

Support in applying for research funding, and providing access to equipment and collaboration opportunities with experts from the university for product research&development.

OzUBEX will support SMEs digital transformation-oriented R&D activities and projects by contributing  to the companies human resources and equipments. R&D services prioritized in this context are:

1.Project Application Support: Providing support to companies in the preperation of project proposals under the calls issued within the scope of EU and Public support programs so that more digital transformation projects begin.

2.R&D Center Establishment Consultancy: While taking into account the sector and companies needs providing consultancy services to companies that aim to establish and transform their R&D activities into a more institutional and digitalization-oriented structure

3.Product Development: Supporting R&D activities for product development (characterization, measurement, prototyping, etc.) by providing opportunities for companies to use the equipment at the OzUBEX Center.

Conducting maturity assessments for various levels, providing expertise and designing solutions to manufacturing-related industry challenges

Consultancy services are based on two main axes:

1. Maturity Level Assessment: With the maturity level assessment tools developed within OzUBEX, companies’ digital maturity assessment, automation level assessment and the maturity level of the use of the Internet of Things can be measured.
2. Solution Development: Consultancy services to produce company-oriented solutions (e.g. system integration, measurement, software solutions) to the specific problems faced by companies in the digital transformation process

Creating new business opportunities for technology providers, providing financial strategies for start-ups through partnerships and networking

OzUBEX aims to contribute to the creation of a multi-dimensional digital transformation ecosystem by establishing partnerships with both technology providers and entrepreneurs who develop solutions for digital transformation. This is done in order to ensure that the most appropriate strategy is designed for companies so that they can get the most accurate solution in their digital transformation journey.

Thanks to the collaborations with technology providers, it is aimed that companies will be able to follow up on technological trends more effectively. It is also aimed that the trends will be applied in the OzUBEX center. At the same time, through partnerships companies will be able to develop the most accurate solutions for their needs in their digital transformation journey.

The Industry 4.0-focused entrepreneurship program aims to help both entrepreneurs to define their products and services that industrial sectors will need and also to create a network that will ensure that the products and solutions developed by start-ups are effectively used in industry.
