We Were Featured in BEYSAD Magazine 🎉 | The Roadmap of Smart Industrial Transformation Takes Shape with OzUBEX

Turkish industry is not only undergoing digitalization but also experiencing a fundamental shift in mindset. At OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Center, we focus on aligning technology with real industrial needs and developing strategic, field-driven solutions for manufacturers.

We had the opportunity to share this approach with industry stakeholders through our article published in BEYSAD Magazine. In the article, we highlight our Twin Transformation approach, artificial intelligence applications in industry, and the scalable transformation models designed for SMEs.

Through our initiatives under EDIH MIDAS, along with ISTKA-supported projects and EU-funded programs, we bring energy efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven production directly into industrial operations.

For OzUBEX, transformation means positioning technology not as an end goal, but as a tool that creates measurable value.

We remain committed to strengthening the competitiveness of Turkish industry through collaboration.

AI for Executives

As OzUBEX Industry Transformation Center, we have successfully completed the Artificial Intelligence Training Program delivered for Korn Ferry.

Throughout the program, we explored what artificial intelligence truly means for executives, focusing on real business scenarios and practical application examples rather than purely theoretical approaches.

In the opening session, Dr. Erinc Albey shared an executive-level perspective on the fundamental concepts of AI and its strategic framework, addressing how leaders can position AI within decision-making and organizational strategy.

In the following sessions, Dr. Ahmet Sahin provided a comparative overview of Generative AI and large language models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and DeepSeek—highlighting the importance of selecting the right model for the right business context.

In the final session, Yigit Dogan examined the impact of artificial intelligence on the business world, with insights drawn from retail, supply chain, and human resources perspectives.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ozan Bayülgen, as well as the entire Korn Ferry team, for their valuable contributions to the program.

We took part in the “Digital Experiences” event held by the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi.

This event, which explored the real impact of digital transformation on production floors—along with IoT and automation solutions, smart manufacturing systems, and data security approaches—provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange within our industry.

Our General Manager, Dr. Erinc Albey, contributed to the panel titled “Production-Based Digital Experiences”, sharing field-based insights on the efficiency, quality, and sustainability gains enabled by digital technologies in manufacturing processes. These perspectives offered meaningful guidance for the ongoing transformation journey in the industrial sector.

We would like to thank the Akıllı Fabrikalar team for their efforts in organising this event, the AOSB Bölge Müdürlüğü for hosting the event and welcoming us, vMind Bilgi Teknolojileri and KRONNIKA for their contributions, and all participants.

We will continue to strengthen knowledge, experience, and collaboration in production-focused digital transformation.

Additive Manufacturing Workshop Successfully Completed!

In collaboration with OzUBEX and digiMODE, we hosted industry professionals for an interactive workshop focused on additive manufacturing.

The program kicked off with Gizem Aslantepe’s OzUBEX center overview and Yashar Sardroudi’s technical infrastructure presentations. Our partners from digiMODE, Mustafa Sevimli and Ömer Faruk Kocaoğlu, shared valuable insights on AM principles, DfAM, and post-processing.

During the panel moderated by Gizem Aslantepe, with the participation of Ömer Faruk Yazıcı from Coşkunöz Holding, the industry’s future and vision were explored in depth. Finally, participants had the opportunity to experience the technologies firsthand in our application areas.

A huge thanks to all speakers, participants, and partners. We continue to build an innovative industrial future together!
