Industrial IoT Training Completed Successfully!

Industrial IoT Training, which we organised as OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Centre, was successfully completed with the intense interest and active participation of our participants.

In this training, our participants gained important skills in the basic components of Industry 4.0 such as data collection, storage, visualisation, IT/OT integration and security.

At the end of the training, our participants, who gained the knowledge and equipment to implement IoT solutions in their business processes, took an important step in their transformation journey.

On November 19, 2024, we had the privilege of welcoming the Innovation, Technology, and Science Attaché, along with a distinguished delegation from the Dutch Consulate, to the OzUBEX Industry Transformation Center. During this visit, we shared our advancements in advanced manufacturing technologies and digital transformation, engaging in valuable discussions and exchanging ideas.

This fruitful meeting marked an important step toward strengthening technology-focused collaborations between our two countries. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Dutch Consulate and delegation members for their visit.

3-Day Industrial IoT Training for Companies starts! 🚀🚀🚀🚀

OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Centre continues to provide full capacity support to the manufacturing industry with its digital and green transformation focused services. 💯

The aim of the ‘Industry 4.0 Center of Excellence’ project, carried out in cooperation with Özyeğin University, BEYSAD and TUSIAD and financed by the European Union and Turkey within the scope of the Competitive Sectors Programme (IPA II) of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, is to contribute to the digital transformation of SMEs. 🏭

In this context, we aim to provide participants with basic skills in the areas of data collection, storage, visualization, IT/OT integration and security within the framework of Industry 4.0 with our IoT Training to be given within the center. At the end of the training, participants will gain knowledge to apply IoT solutions to business processes. ✅⚜️

In the Automation Workshop to be held afterwards, the ‘Automation Potential Assessment Tool’ developed by OzUBEX will be introduced and the process will be further developed with the feedback of the participants. With this event, we aim to give our SMEs a new perspective on Industry 4.0 and energy efficiency. ⚙️🌍

The 4th ‘Lighthouse Series’ event, which we organised as OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Centre, was successfully completed with the intense interest and valuable contributions of our participants.

In the event, the energy efficiency-focused ‘Learn & Return Programme’ and model factory applications were introduced and participants gained new perspectives on Industry 4.0 solutions and digital transformation.

In addition, within the scope of the Automation Workshop, the ‘Automation Potential Assessment Tool’ developed by OzUBEX was introduced and important steps were taken to further improve the processes with the feedback received from the participants.

Within the scope of the ‘Digital Transformation of SMEs in Turkey through the Establishment of an Industry 4.0 Excellence Centre’ project implemented in cooperation with Özyeğin University, BEYSAD and TÜSİAD, we completed the first phase of the Industry 4.0 Innovative Ideas Programme!

Our participants had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge on digital transformation and Industry 4.0 from our expert trainers. On this intensive training day, our students gained an important accumulation by listening to the effects of digital transformation on the manufacturing sector, the application areas of innovative technologies and current information about the Industry 4.0 world.

We believe that these trainings, which will empower our participants in their digital transformation journey, are a valuable step that prepares them for new opportunities. We would like to thank all our participants for their interest and commitment to the programme.

We visited innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation centers in Ankara on 29-30 May 2023. Within the scope of the program, parties exchanged views about contributing to the creation of local solution providers and entrepreneurial ecosystem that will accelerate the digital transformation of the industries in Turkey. In addition, we had the opportunity to observe the good practice on each site.

On April 28, 2023, the first of the Lighthouse Meeting Series was held at OzUBEX Center with the participation of BEYSAD, Özyeğin University, and representatives from the main and sub-industry of the white goods sector. Information about OzUBEX services specifically the trainings, and digital maturity and automation assessment tools were shared with participants. The opinions and suggestions of the participating companies were received. These trainings will start in May.

Innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation centers in Izmir and Manisa were visited on 10-11 April 2023. Within the scope of the program, views were exchanged about contributing to the creation of a local solution provider and entrepreneurial ecosystem that will accelerate the digital transformation of the industry in Turkey. In addition, we had the opportunity to observe the studies and good practice examples on each site.

Within the scope of the project SIRI assessment studies are being applied to BEYSAD member companies. These assessments are a follow up of the digital maturity level diagnostic studies. SIRI digital maturity assessment studies, are carried out as 1-day field studies with the production and management units of the companies. Up until now 36 companies have gone through the SIRI assessments, the ultimate goal is to carry out these studies with 40 BEYSAD member companies.
