The Digital Future in Industry Has Begun: OzUBEX Is Officially Open!

The Digital Future in Industry Has Begun: OzUBEX Is Officially Open!

Following an extensive preparation process, the official opening of the OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Center was held with the esteemed presence of the Republic of Türkiye’s Minister of Industry and Technology, Mr. Mehmet Fatih KACIR, and with the participation of our valued stakeholders and guests.

The center was established through the “Industry 4.0 Excellence Center for the Digital Transformation of SMEs in Türkiye” project, financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye under the Competitive Sectors Program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The project is jointly led by Özyeğin University and the White Goods Suppliers Association (BEYSAD).

Founded to guide SMEs on their digital transformation journeys, the center is built on the belief in producing, sharing, and transforming together. It aims to lead the sector with comprehensive services spanning training, consultancy, and R&D—from theory to practice. In this sense, the center aspires to be more than just a facility; it strives to become a transformation platform that supports SMEs in both digitalization and green transition.

Today, under the roof of this center, we take pride in officially launching tailor-made solutions focused on real needs across a wide range of areas, including:

Smart manufacturing and sustainability,

Automation and artificial intelligence,

Green transformation and sustainability policies,

Incentive systems, end-to-end consultancy services, testing, and prototyping.

For this reason, we believe it is essential to express our sincere thanks once again.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the visionary founders, the board of trustees, and the academic staff of Özyeğin University who contributed their efforts, knowledge, and vision to the establishment of the center. We also thank our esteemed project partner BEYSAD, especially its board members, for their valuable contributions.

This achievement is the result of the dedicated efforts and unwavering belief of a team that includes our General Manager Dr. Erinc Albey, project managers, technical teams, trainers, consultants, and technology partners. We sincerely thank each team member and all institutions that contributed to this journey.

Together, we continue shaping the digital future of our industry.
