Open Innovation Meeting for Digital Transformation in Industry

As OzUBEX Industry Transformation Center, we were proud to host the Open Innovation Event organised in cooperation with the White Goods Suppliers Association (BEYSAD) and TUSIAD on 27 March 2025.

Aiming to accelerate the digital transformation of the industry, the event discussed successful collaborations, data collection processes, digital solutions that improve production quality, and open innovation models.

shared their knowledge and experiences on artificial intelligence-supported quality improvement, especially in plastic injection processes.

The event was successfully completed by contributing to the development of collaborations between the main industry, suppliers and technology initiatives.

Energy Efficiency Learn-Turn Programme Started!

OzUBEX Industrial IoT Learn & Transform Programme – Phase 2 is completed!

In this process, our participants developed their own applications with design thinking, digital performance management and agile working methods. They gained competence in scale architecture and dashboard design with Node-RED and Grafana.

Anadolu Isuzu, OzUBEX and Özyeğin University Technology Transfer Office Meeting!

Another important meeting, we held an important meeting that will shape the future of digital transformation in industry! We were delighted to host Anadolu Isuzu as OzUBEX and Özyeğin University Technology Transfer Office.

We visited our machine park and explained the digital solutions we offer in detail.
We evaluated potential collaborations and exchanged ideas on joint projects for the future.
We discussed how we can take stronger steps together on Industry 4.0 and smart production systems.

Anadolu Isuzu’s strong production infrastructure, OzUBEX’s digital transformation solutions and Özyeğin University’s technology development vision create a strong foundation for innovative collaborations in the industry!

OzUBEX Industry Transformation Centre has completed the construction process by successfully completing the installation of the equipment and all of the services designed within the scope of the project and started to support the digital and green transformation of the manufacturing industry with full capacity.
In this way, we aim to provide added value to the digital transformation processes of SMEs, medium and large-scale enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry, we aim to raise awareness within the scope of Industry 4.0 with OzUBEX Trainings and to contribute directly to the development and transformation processes of companies.
We would be delighted to see you at the trainings to be held within the framework of the project ‘Digital Transformation of SMEs in Turkey with the Establishment of Industry 4.0 Excellence Centre’ implemented in cooperation with Özyeğin University, BEYSAD and TÜSİAD under the Ministry of Industry and Technology Competitive Sectors Programme (IPA II) with the financial support of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey.

Industrial IoT TRAINING

Aim of the Training
It is aimed to ensure the integration of IoT technologies into production processes and to provide participants with a comprehensive knowledge base on Industry 4.0 applications. This course aims to provide participants with basic skills in data collection, storage, visualisation, IT/OT integration and security.

Outcomes of the Training
– Understanding the concepts of IoT and IIoT
– Gaining data collection and processing skills with Edge, Fog and Cloud systems
– To be able to make data collection and visualisation applications on Node-Red platform
– Integration of IT and OT systems and management of industrial communication processes
– Creating basic awareness on IIoT security issues

With this training, participants will be able to learn the basic components of Industry 4.0 and take steps to implement IoT solutions in their business processes.

Target Audience of the Training
1. Production and Industry Managers: Factory managers, production managers and operations managers who want to increase efficiency in production processes and implement Industry 4.0 solutions.
2. Technical Team and Engineers: Automation engineers, electronic engineers, software developers and technical team members involved in IT/OT integration, IoT-based automation and data collection/visualisation processes.
3. IoT and Digital Transformation Consultants: Consultants who guide businesses on digital transformation, professionals who want to have knowledge about Industry 4.0 and IIoT applications.

Getir Meets OzUBEX in Digital and Green Transformation!

Getir Perakende Lojistik A.Ş. visited OzUBEX in order to make its operational processes more efficient with a focus on digital and green transformation and to benefit from innovative solutions.

Within the scope of the visit, we held productive discussions on how to apply more advanced technologies in the fields of digitalisation, automation and sustainability in the logistics and retail operations of Getir Perakende Lojistik A.Ş.

We will continue to work together for solutions that will shape the logistics and retail ecosystem of the future with TÜBİTAK supported projects and advanced technology applications!

We successfully completed our Sustainability 4 Industry programme hosted by OzUBEX in cooperation with Girisim Fabrikasi – Fit Startup Factory and TÜSİAD Bu Gençlikte İŞ Var!

With the Sustainability 4 Industry Programme, which we organised within the scope of the Industry 4.0 Entrepreneurship Programme, we provided an efficient platform that encourages collaborations by bringing start-ups together with investors and potential customers in order to monitor and improve sustainability in the manufacturing industry.

Entrepreneurs developing sustainability-oriented solutions in critical areas such as emission monitoring, energy and water management, waste management, green supply chain, environmental performance measurement tools and carbon footprint tracking had the opportunity to present their projects in front of industry experts and investors. The importance and future role of sustainability in the manufacturing industry was discussed in detail with panels and speeches organised throughout the day.

Murat Özyeğin, Irem Oral and Dr Izel Levi Coskun took part as panelists and Eray GONENLI and Ibrahim M. Tataroglu took part as speakers in the event moderated by Kadir Yusuf Öztürk. We would like to thank them for their contributions to this special programme that brought sustainability and innovation together.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Barış Tan, Rector of Özyeğin University, and Prof. Dr. Tanju Erdem, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, for honouring us by attending our event.
