On 26 February, we, OzUBEX Industry Transformation Centre, took our place in the European Digital Innovation Centres (ADIM) Opening Ceremony held in Informatics Valley!

Supported by €4.5 million of EU funding, these centres aim to increase businesses’ access to artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies, enable them to test projects before investing, and accelerate Turkey’s integration into the European digital market by uncovering financing opportunities.

In this context, as a partner of the Manufacturing Innovation Digital Advancement Services Hub (EDIH MIDAS) consortium coordinated by İHKİB, we aim to optimise production processes with digital tools and automation systems that we will use in the manufacturing industry and increase production efficiency with advanced technologies such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence.

Exciting Collaboration Talks with QS GROUP S.p.A.!

As part of our commitment to delivering innovative and integrated solutions to the industry, we have engaged in discussions with QS GROUP S.p.A. to explore potential collaborations.
In this regard, QS GROUP S.p.A. visited OzUBEX to evaluate opportunities for cooperation and partnership.

By working together, we aim to enhance manufacturing processes, boost efficiency, and fortify the competitive advantage of industrial enterprises. We are confident that our collaboration will result in substantial solutions in the fields of digitalisation and automation.

Industrial IoT Learn & Return Program Started!

The 16-week Industrial IoT Learn & Return Program, designed to accelerate the digital transformation processes of companies and increase efficiency, has started!

Within the scope of the program:
Digital maturity levels of participating companies were measured.
Practical trainings were provided in areas such as IoT, quality, maintenance, automation and sustainability.
The outputs of the trainings will be implemented in the production sites of the companies.
Thanks to the program designed with the principle of experiential learning, participants will be trained as change agents leading the digital transformation of their companies.

In this context, Şensac Yassı Metal San. participated in the program. and Tic. A.Ş., Bsk Havalandirma Sanayi A.Ş., Kabel Kablo Elements, Sipil Plastik affiliated with SIPIL GROUP!

Ministry of Industry and Technology Visits OzUBEX!

Officials from the Ministry of Industry and Technology visited OzUBEX and closely examined the work of our center. During the meeting, the progress of our project “Digital Transformation of SMEs in Turkey through the Establishment of Industry 4.0 Competence Center” was also discussed. This project, which is financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey within the framework of financial cooperation, has been implemented within the scope of the *Competitive Sectors Program* implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

In the evaluations made with the Ministry officials, ideas were exchanged on cooperation and support mechanisms that will contribute to the transformation process of the industry. We would like to thank Mr. Murat Özgören, Mr. Ali Eser and Mr. Özden Karadağ for their visits and sharing their valuable opinions with us.

As OzUBEX, we will continue our efforts to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of industrial enterprises.

A Powerful Step for the Future of Automation: OzUBEX & SMS-TORK Valve & Automation Meeting

Recently, we were very pleased to welcome SMS-TORK Valve & Automation, Turkey’s first domestic manufacturer of solenoid valves, pneumatic actuators, piston valves, pulse valves and electric actuators, which is preferred in 87 countries.

As OZUBEX Industry Transformation Center, we guide the digital transformation journey of SMEs with our “Industry 4.0 Competence Center” project. In this context, we came together with TORK Automation’s vision of quality, reliability and innovation in the sector and held a productive meeting where we evaluated mutual cooperation.

We are excited to work together with TORK Automation in future joint projects to determine the digital maturity levels of our SMEs with a focus on Industry 4.0, prepare transformation roadmaps and design innovative solutions to sectoral problems.

We believe that this strategic meeting will lead to great success in the field of industrial automation and digital transformation. We look forward to building the future together!

As OzUBEX, we are proud to successfully conclude another important project towards sustainability and digital transformation goals. The Energy Efficiency Learn-Turn Programme provided companies with the knowledge, skills and tools to take the lead in energy efficiency and sustainability processes.
Key Elements of the Programme
Theoretical and Practical Trainings: A comprehensive content was provided on energy efficiency, digital solutions and sustainability.
Pilot Projects and Consultancy Support: The gains obtained from the trainings were implemented practically in the field, and field and remote support was provided.
Efficiency Increase and Process Optimisation: Significant progress was made in energy efficiency, cost reduction and digitalisation processes.
Achieved Gains
Managerial and Technical Competence: Participants have reached the level to lead digital transformation processes.
Energy Efficiency and Cost Optimisation: Energy wastes were identified and efficiency was increased.
Digital Solutions: It has become possible to digitally measure critical energy data and integrate them into processes.
This programme has been an important step towards achieving the sustainability goals of the participating companies. We would like to thank all our participants and business partners. The future will be more sustainable together!

The event started with a presentation by Dr. Erinc Albey, General Manager of OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Center, who shared the center’s services and success stories. Then, it continued with a detailed tour of our facility, one of the best model factories in Turkey.
We were delighted to welcome ENOSAD to our center. We had a very productive and enjoyable day in terms of sharing information and strengthening our cooperation.

TÜSİAD visited OzUBEX within the scope of Sustainability 4 Industry Hackathon!

We came together with TÜSİAD to develop innovative solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of the industry and contribute to the entrepreneurship ecosystem!

In the meeting we held with Kadir Yusuf Öztürk, Director of TÜSİAD Entrepreneurship and Youth Programme, Expert Kübra Geysi and Assistant Expert Şevval Cihankaya, we discussed the final preparations of the hackathon.

We made evaluations on the technical infrastructure provided by OzUBEX, support mechanisms for entrepreneurs and the process of bringing industry and investors together.

The hackathon offers great opportunities for industrialists, investors and entrepreneurs. Participants will have the chance to be a part of the OzUBEX technology ecosystem and present their solutions to investors. Developing the Hackathon process with TÜSİAD is a critical step in bringing new collaborations to the ecosystem!
